By using this office link you can ask questions, notify us as to any end of the day changes for your students (bus changes/pick up info) or to let us know that your  child will be absent.  We reply to all e-mails so if you do not get a reply by 2:00pm please call the office @ 360 629-1280 to double check.  Sometimes the e-mail system can be down and we may have not gotten your e-mail. Thank you. New Student Registration Registration forms for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade:    Registration, immunization, and medical forms  Electronic Information Systems Forms       Student Restriction of Release of Directory Information (FERPA) You can use the forms provided on this website or you can come in to the school office to pick up a regisration packet. You can drop off the completed packets or mail them to the Cedarhome Office. Please bring your immunization records with you. All upcoming kindergarten students must be 5 years old by August 31st to register for kindergarten.
